The ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management, consisting of 120 credits, corresponds to the first year of an undergraduate degree. This qualification is developed and designed to provide a sound understanding of management skills and concepts. The objective is to facilitate the essential business and management theories and provides a fast-track route for students to join the second year of undergraduate studies upon completion of this diploma.

The assignments submitted by learners must achieve the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria for the unit. Learners can make pass, merit or distinction grade depending on the quality of assignments and questions attempted. To achieve a merit or distinction grade, the learners must demonstrate that they have met all the criteria set for these grades.
